Media Credentials

Show media badges are available to editorial members of the media. The media badge allows extended entry to exhibits and access to the show newsroom and media services.

Please register using the official Media Registration Form - fill in all sections on the form (it's writable) and submit via email PDF or fax or mail.

Media Registration

Important

Please include verification of working media status representing a news organization/outlet for your form to be processed. Examples include a business card or masthead page with your name and name of publication. Freelance/contract journalists or photographers should submit a note from the publication or media outlet that has assigned them to cover the show.

Media registrations will not be processed without proof of media status.

Note: For housing accommodations, please see the Hotel & Travel page.

Exhibitors

Exhibitors who are media representatives and need a media badge to access the newsroom and its services should also register as media.

International Media

Journalists previously exempt from the need to obtain a visa to visit the United States may now be required to do so. These rules are in addition to more stringent requirements related to the overall visa approval process, which can lengthen the time it takes to obtain a U.S. visa. All international journalists planning to attend ICUEE should check requirements related to their specific situations and allow enough time (60 to 90 days minimum) to complete the visa process in order to be able to enter the United States to attend the show. Visit www.travel.state.gov.

Express Badge Pick-Up

You will receive a bar-coded confirmation via email when your registration is complete. Bring this confirmation email with you to the show and go to any Express Badge Pick-Up counter to obtain your printed badge. A government-issued photo ID will be required.
