Orders for delivery within the United States will be charged US$10.00 per copy, and orders for delivery outside the United States will be charged US$20.00 per copy due to higher international postage costs. U.S. orders are payable by check only, and international orders must be paid by credit card. Orders will be sent via U.S. Mail or U.S. Airmail.

Should you wish to request rush shipping, you must provide your UPS, FedEx or DHL account number. For international orders, any customs duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient. To request a copy of the show directory, please click below.
