ICUEE will be held at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, Kentucky. Show Dates & Hours: Tuesday, October 1: 8:30 am - 5 pm Wednesday, October 2: 8:30 am - 5 pm Thursday, October 3: 8:30 am - 2 pm Do I need to own a business or be invited by a company to attend? No, anyone can register for a badge to attend. We do ask for your company when you register, because your badge is similar to a business card. When you are interested in receiving more information, an exhibitor will scan your badge to contact you in the future. The more accurate the information you provide, the better your experience when they follow-up. Will parking be available at the show? Yes, there are over 19,000 parking spaces at the Kentucky Exposition Center for a reasonable daily fee of $10. Attendees will be directed to park in designated lots. Will there be a shuttle that runs from the hotels to the show? Complimentary shuttle service is available between the Kentucky Exhibition Center and select official ICUEE 2019 hotels. Shuttles will operate during official show days, October 1- October 3, 2019. FOr more information on shuttles, visit our Visitor Hotel & Travel Information page. Please note: Not all hotels in the official show block are on the shuttle route. Registration/badges How can I get my badge? Badges can be picked up when you arrive in Louisville. There is a badge pick up counter right at the airport you can use to skip the lines at the convention center or you can pick up your badge in the North Lobby badge pick up area at the convention center. Can I earn hotel loyalty/rewards points if I book a room through the show block? Yes! We want to make sure you are earning all of your reward points. When making your reservation, you have the ability provide a hotel loyalty point/reward number when entering your contact information, just as you would if you were making a reservation on a hotel site. Field Classrooms: $59 each Disaster Simulation Lab: $85 Eat & Learn Workshops $100 each Can I earn professional development hours (PDH)? Yes. While at the show you will log your participation in education through the show app. Within one month of the show we will email you a confirmation of your PDH’s. How do I purchase education?
